INETA relies on all of the hard working volunteers on the Board of Directors and in the various committees to plan and deliver INETA programs and benefits to user groups worldwide. These individuals contribute massive amounts of their free time to help INETA help you, the user groups of the world. Member Bio

Joseph Guadagno, President, has been very involved in his local development community. Joseph Guadagno started the Southeast Valley .NET User Group in December of 2007. This user group serves the Microsoft .NET developers of the Southeast Phoenix metropolitan area. He has organized a weekly lunch gathering of all technology people in the area. He handled the gathering of $45,000 worth of giveaways for the Phoenix hosted Scott Guthrie event and an average of $4,000 dollars a month for his user group giveaways.

Joseph is a Sitefinity CMS MVP. He has had articles published in Windows Developers Journal and CodeProject. Joseph heads up 3 open source projects for Sitefinity development and .NET plug in framework.

On a personal note, Joseph coaches his sons’ baseball team and volunteers for the Big Brother Big Sister program in Arizona.

Stephen Bohlen, Vice President, is currently a Senior Software Engineer for SpringSource where he is the Technical Lead and Community Evangelist for the Spring.NET Framework, Stephen brings his varied 18-year-plus experience as a former practicing Architect, CAD Manager, IT Technologist, Software Engineer, CTO, and consultant to the design and delivery of Software Engineering Solutions and Frameworks for other Software Engineers.

Stephen is an active contributor to several Open-Source Software projects including NHibernate, NDbUnit, and others as well having developed a number of Visual Studio productivity add-ins.

Active in the local NYC software development community, Stephen speaks publicly, blogs (semi-)regularly, and is the author of several popular screencast series focused on Agile and ALT.NET concepts and technologies including the widely-praised 15-part Summer of NHibernate video series introducing viewers to the popular open-source O/RM tool and the Autumn of Agile series that takes viewers through the design, planning, and construction of an entire .NET project in an Agile context. He is also a contributor of a number of shorter screencasts available on Dimecasts.NET and elsewhere.

Stephen is also a founding/organizing member of the NYC ALT.NET user group which meets monthly to discuss Agile-focused techniques and technologies in the world of Microsoft software development and beyond.

Prior to joining SpringSource, Stephen was a Senior Software Engineer for Skiff, LLC focused on developing an e-Reading platform for digital content publishers which was ultimately acquired by NewsCorp. Before that, Stephen spent many years as a Senior Solutions Architect and Project Manager for Microdesk’s software consulting practice where he oversaw the development and delivery of numerous software solutions for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Real Estate firms. Before becoming completely immersed in software development, Stephen spent years as a both a practicing architect and CAD Manager for architecture and engineering companies developing custom CAD software extensions, implementing CAD Standards, and supervising network design and implementations.

Stephen holds a BS in Architecture from The Ohio State University and is a proudly uncertified SCRUM Master.

Robin Edwards, Secretary, is a Microsoft Visual Basic MVP. She is leader of the Roanoke Valley .NET User Group in western Virginia and has helped organize multiple Code Camps in Roanoke and Richmond. She’s active in the midAtlantic .NET and SharePoint communities; working alongside the Richmond Code Camp and the Virginia Beach SharePoint Saturday teams. She is also a member of the newly formed Microsoft Women In Technology group. Robin has been working with .NET since 1.0 in both Windows and Web applications. She recently received her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. She assists in aligning SharePoint technologies with organizational project management and collaboration requirements.

Chris Coneybeer, Treasurer, is a C#/SQL developer with over 10 years of software development experience. He is based out of Chandler, Arizona as lead Microsoft developer for Integrum Tech (http://integrumtech.com), where he helps deliver industrial-strength software using a human-driven approach. Over the years he has worked with a variety of technologies, including PHP, VB, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Silverlight, and SQL server. In addition to enjoying mobile and web development, he has worked as a DBA, and is always excited to work on connected systems and finding ways to leverage data for technology workers. Since joining Integrum he has also started learning agile techniques for delivering successful projects to clients.

Since his move to the Phoenix area in 2009, Chris has discovered the value and rich experience that community provides by sharing ideas and having open discussions. He is the Vice-President of the Southeast Valley .NET User Group (http://www.sevdnug.org), which supports local .NET developer community through regular meetings and events. He also works with the Phoenix Connected Systems User Group (http://www.pcsug.org) as the organization's Membership Director. In 2010 he was awarded with an INETA (http://www.ineta.org) Community Champion Award for community involvement and speaking, and has helped with organizing and hosting local events such as DesertCodeCamp (http://www.desertcodecamp.com) and SQL Saturday Phoenix (http://www.sqlsaturday.com).

Chris Woodruff, Director, (or Woody as he is commonly known) has a degree in Computer Science from Michigan State University's College of Engineering. Woody has been developing and architecting software solutions for almost 15 years and has worked with many platforms and tools. He is a community leader, helping such events as Day of .NET Ann Arbor and Day of .NET Grand Rapids.

As a speaker and podcaster, Woody has spoken and discussed a variety of topics, including database design and open source. He is a Microsoft MVP in Data Platform Development and was recently recognized in 2010 as one of the top 20 MVPs world-wide. Woody is the co-host of the popular podcast "Deep Fried Bytes" and blogs at www.chriswoodruff.com. He is the President of the West Michigan .NET User Group and also is a co-founder of the software architecture online portal nPlus1.org.

Lori McKinney, Director, is a Software Consultant for Intergraph Corporation's Process, Power & Marine division where she works developing web applications. She has 25 years experience developing software. Before joining Intergraph, she worked as a research engineer at Amoco Research Center in Tulsa, OK, modeling cuttings distribution for various drilling fluid/bit/geology combinations for a engineering simulator for drilling. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa.

Lori is a member of HUNTUG, Huntsville VS .NET User Group, and Rocket City SharePoint User Group as well as INETA. She served three years on the Board of Directors for HUNTUG and currently volunteers on the INETA Technology Team. She was named a Microsoft MVP in 2007 for Windows Server Customer Experience.

Lori lives with her husband and son near Huntsville, AL.

Mark Rowe, Director, is a husband and father of two. During the day he works at Magenic as a Senior Consultant. Mark is a local speaker and Integration enthusiast in the Atlanta area. He helped found and currently serves on the board for the Microsoft Integration Architects user group in Atlanta. Mark is also a proud member of the Microsoft BizTalk Virtual Specialist team.

He enjoys teaching, reading, House and Adult Swim on Cartoon network. During his off hours, Mark tries to keep busy with multiple codeplex projects, user group engagements and White Water with his 2 year old.
